We're here to love one another personally, humanly and sensitively with commitment. Real commitment.

The one that I am in now is for over ten years. I have relationships with everyone in my community and I love them all very much. The best thing about it is that I have friends that I love to live for. My relationships go broader, and I feel deeper, than the conventional spouse with children relationship does. I prefer the larger circle of community relationships that contain more aspects and challenges which make them more fullfilling.

I certainly have had my difficulties with relationships in the past and have had many things to learn about them. I'd say that the conventional idea of relationships based mostly upon a single spouse and children always felt confining, and intuitively I've always been drawn to something larger than that. I am really grateful for what I have now and am committed to it for the long haul.

Letting the light come through into this world. We need more love to come through us and to give it to one another. We are love starved beings trying to get our calories, and we could be giving and receiving more love right here and now and making this world a richer place to live in. All of that hippie stuff is true! Also, I'd like to finish putting up the shelves in the garage that I started on Sunday, just to keep it real.
